EYFS visit with the Busy Bee’s of Leasingham

Just before the school holidays started I squeezed in a visit with the wonderful children and staff of the Busy Bee’s Early Years & Nature Centre at Leasingham.

I took my ‘Gull & Buoy Publishing EYFS Story Sack’ with me and it once again proved a big hit with the children who loved playing with it, whilst there I shared the story of Claudius Crab with them, it’s the story of a little crab who has a huge heart and we enjoyed colouring in some ‘Hide & Seek’ coastal colouring sheets ♥ Claire, the owner & manager, and I felt there was a subtle comparison within his story for the older children who would be leaving the Preschool to move onwards & upwards to BIG school this September.

As always I had a lovely time and look forward to visiting again soon, perhaps next time I’ll read ‘The Famous Fins of Florence Fish’ ♥
