November Lockdown Postage Advice (COVID-19)

Dear Customers,

We hope you are keeping safe and well during this 2nd Lockdown.

If you’ve recently placed an order or are thinking about doing so we’d like to again share with you some reassuring words from Public Health England (PHE) who have advised that people receiving parcels are not at any additional risk of contracting coronavirus (COVID-19).

As before, we will continue to monitor the situation and provide any updates as appropriate. Post offices across the network are open and accepting parcels, however some are offering reduced hours.  If you have placed an order with us to avoid disappointment please allow up to 7 days for it to arrive, in most cases, however, your order will arrive in 3-5 days. If you require it to arrive sooner please contact us for advice. Thank you 🙂
